1. Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every Dusa item is handcrafted, making each piece unique with its own natural variations in shape, color, and texture.


2. Are your ceramics food-safe?

Only our glazed pieces are food-safe.


3.Do you offer custom or personalized items?

Yes! Custom pieces are available. Simply leave your contact information, or send an email to: atdusawefindsoul@gmail.com and we will reach out to you!


4. How long does a custom or pre-order take?

Production times vary depending on the item, especially if glazing is involved. It usually takes 25-45 days.


5. Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?

That’s the beauty of handmade pottery! Each piece is crafted individually, which means small variations are natural and part of its charm.


6. What should I do when my order arrives?

Please inspect your package while the courier is still at your door. If there’s any damage or you do not intend to accept the product, this is the time to notify and return it immediately.


7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
